Blue Ridge Cherry Valley Rod and Gun Club will be hoisting an NRA “Garand Match” on May 22, 2022.

This match is a High Power Rifle Match shot at 100 yards.. The course of fire is 5 shots to site in your rifle, followed by 10 rounds slow fire prone, then 10 shots timed fire prone, then 10 shots slow fire standing, 35 rounds total.

The match will start at 1:00PM and relays will continue until all shooters have completed the course of fire.

 Any rifle that is or has been a “service rifle” for any country at any time will qualify for this match.

Scopes of up to 4.5X are legal for this match as well.

Sign ups will be done the morning of the match. No pre-registration is required.
