Rimfire Challenge Match – Lower (Rifle) Range Closed from 11am to 5pm

The Rimfire Challenge Event is a program of The National Shooting Sports Foundation. The program was developed with safety in mind. The program introduces participants to the fun and excitement of competitive shooting in a safe, low-pressure, family-friendly format. New, novice and experienced shooters are welcome to compete. Shooters compete using a rifle and handgun from any manufacture in .22 Long Rifle caliber.
This event will have six stages of six targets and a stop plate (four pistol and two rifle) and four-six squads depending on the number of participants.
There will be a mandatory one-half hour safety briefing before range time. Anyone not attending the safety briefing forfeits participation in the event.

|Event Overview:||Each event will have six (6) stages of six (6) targets and a stop plate (four (4) pistol and two (2) rifle) each that will shoot with both .22 caliber pistol or rifle.
Not every stage is two guns each stage. Any semi auto rifle or pistol is fine and there will be different divisions for Optics and non-optic. Each participant will be allowed to pick one category to shoot in. There will be four (4) to six (6) squads depending on the number of participants.
|Cost:||$20 Per person age 12 and older.
$15.00 If you volunteer to set up and tear down stages.Your cost includes: a safety briefing, lunch (hamburgers, hot dogs, coffee and water). Pre-Registration is prefered.

Match fees will also be collected during match registration. Space is strictly limited to 30 participants. Only pre-registration will insure a spot in the match.

|You Need To Bring:||1. Eye Protection
2. Electronic Hearing Protection (a must)
3. Firearms – .22LR Rifle & Pistol
All Firearms must be cleared for use by a Range Safety Officer
4. Ammo – A minimum of 300 rounds of .22 Long Rifle caliber (.22LR) ammo.
